At Ruthanne Collection, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom furniture and final sale accents are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
